Funding & Management

Much of the work of Voluntary & Community Services Peaks and Dales is funded by Derbyshire County Council, North and South Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Groups, and High Peak Borough Council. Some projects also attract additional funding from sources such as Children in Need and the Big Lottery Fund.

Everything else we do is supported by donations from businesses and members of the public.
Current contributors are listed in our annual reports. All the services we provide are to improve the lives of people in the local community and we are always looking for new contributors.
If you wish to donate to the charity, it's easy to do so! Either click the donate link over on the right hand side of this page to make a donation by credit or debit card, or by direct debit. If you'd prefer to donate by cheque, please make payable to VCS Peaks & Dales and letters addressed to:

And if you'd prefer to visit the charity and make your donation in person, we're always happy to receive visitors.

The Management Committee

Voluntary and Community Services Peaks & Dales is run by a management committee of volunteers, local people with an interest in promoting and developing volunteering in Buxton and the Derbyshire Dales.

The management committee members are responsible for shaping the overall ethos of the charity and how it develops.
